Welcome to Eta chapter of Alpha Delta Pi sorority, founded at The University of Alabama in 1907. Our chapter is committed to sisterhood, values, ethics, high academic standards and social responsibility. Our open motto "We live for each other," encompasses the foundation upon which Alpha Delta Pi was founded.

The Adelphean Society was founded on May 15, 1851 at Wesleyan Female College in Macon, Georgia. We are the first secret society for women. We were founded on the four principles of scholarship, leadership, service to others, and sisterhood. Later our name was changed to Alpha Delta Pi, and we became known as a Panhellenic sorority.

From the moment our sisters step onto our lawn on bid day, they become part of our family forever.  With every accomplishment, disappointment, and new experience, ADPi’s know they can count on their amazing sisters to be by their side. Alpha Delta Pi prides ourselves in knowing that our memories, friendships, and traditions will continue long after the days at the University of Alabama; they will last a lifetime. Alpha Delta Pi is truly a home away from home for every ADPi sister, as it is always filled with smiles and laughter. Alpha Delta Pi is more than a sorority it is a lifetime of sisterhood!
